We created this project so anyone could write; a chance to have their voice heard.
When I write, I don’t just write. I create my character and live his life through him. I see the images, and type as fast as I can; because like a dream upon waking, they begin to slip away. Some would say I’m prolific, I would say they have no idea. My life is a story, so why shouldn’t my stories be life?
I started writing when I was eleven, because I thought journals were lame. I wrote a never-ending fantasy novel about these kids trapped in a magical world, and experiencing adolescence through many tortuous trials. A few years later I recognized something. Oddly, my characters and I faced our trials together; I realized that my story was a journal.
I still write that story.
Among many others.
You see, for me writing is therapy; and you all are my support group. So don’t let me die okay?
I do theatre; I’ve played a simpleton and a god. I slam on a keyboard. I’ve lived in New Hampshire: Manchester and Keene. Experienced ‘the Longuyland’ New York; and parts of Florida: Orlando, Miami.Yet the more I do with my life, the more I return back to writing. For we all have a story in our lives worth sharing.
