Are you a young artist whose been inspired by characters,

creatures, landscapes, or ideas you've seen here? Then we want
to see your work! Write a poem about the beauty of the Helen
landscape! Use your musical talents to help craft the sound of a
traditional Tynska band or a Djerik! Or perhaps you want to
bring your visions to life through drawings, painting,
renderings, or more. Whatever you create, we want to see! The
beauty of Project Helen, is that you can help define our
communal imagination through any means! Email us your

Or Submit!

As a creative entity, we rely heavily on our writing to form the basis for which all other work functions around. Therefore we want you to send us your submissions today! Have you been inspired by a particular character from a pre-existing story! Write their tale and send it along! Or perhaps you'd like to see your own character existing withon our preestablished settings. Write a story and shoot it our way! And don't forget. Massive swaths of the map have yet to be filled in! Send us your stories, and your ideas can help define the farthest boundaries and most intricate inner workings of life on Helen. Simply check out our submission guidelines below!

*** Illustrators! We are especially looking for images to fill in our admittedly blank site. A special call has been made for hand drawn, journal style sketches for our encyclopedia, as well as landscapes, character designs, and abstracts! So send your work along! Your vision of Helen could help define the very visual building blocks of the entire planet! ***

In the interest of creating an artistically conducive and high caliber fictional framework, the co-founders have set the following ground rules for all submissions.

          1. All new ideas, ie; characters, creatures, landmasses, organization, etc..., must be capable of existing in relative harmony with pre

            established creations.

         2. All manner of technology, phenomena, or generally higher force, must be explainable in some manner. Magic and technical jargon

are expressly forbidden. In the case of anything questionable, a staff writer will simply issue a challenge, asking for a brief

explanation of the item in question.

         3. While we do not wish to censor anyone's artwork, in the interest of crafting an open and conducive environment, any work deemed

unjustifiably offensive will not be considered nor entered into the shared cannon.

        4. Much like Earth, Helen is our only planet, and we must all share. Therefore please be courteous of your fellow artists. While we

encourage the notions of declaring war on another author's creations through your own work, please be aware of how your work will

           affect those around you.

All work that we believe falls within the confines of these general guidelines will be approved and published here on the site for all the world to see! We ask that any new ideas be catalogued at the end of your submission, so that we may add them to shared lexicon. If you have further questions, contact us and we'd be happy to speak with you. Send along your work today to theplanethelenproject@gmail.com, or using the form below, and help bring Helen to life!
